Nitrile, vinyl or latex — which glove should I buy?
Nitrile gives the best puncture resistance and is latex-free, which makes it the standard for food prep. Vinyl costs less and suits short, low-risk tasks. Latex offers a snug fit but is not suitable for anyone with latex allergies.
